gap-prim-groups software package provides Database of primitive groups for GAP, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gap-prim-groups
gap-prim-groups is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gap-prim-groups package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gap-prim-groups *
You will get with gap-prim-groups package name, version, architecture and description in a table
